Современный Бум Потребительского Кредитования В Рф: Повышение Социальной Эффективности Кредитования Населения Как Мера Антициклического Регулирования

Abstract

В статье приведены основные характеристики современного бума потребительского кредитования в России. Меры регулирования бума потребительского кредитования домохозяйств предложено рассматривать с учетом динамики показателя текущей долговой нагрузки домохозяйств с низким и средним уровнем доходов, основываясь на положениях гипотезы финансовой нестабильности Х.Ф. Мински и необходимости повышения социальной эффективности потребительского кредитования.
