Abstract

Актуальность проблем регулирования региональных продовольственных рынков в России обусловлена огромной территорией государства, различием природно-климатических условий, экономической, демографической ситуации. Поэтому наряду с продовольственным рынком и продовольственной безопасностью страны в обязательном порядке должны рассматриваться продовольственные рынки и безопасность их субъектов, несущих непосредственную ответственность перед населением всех регионов за достаточность его обеспечения качественным продовольствием.
