Abstract

В мировой экономике успешно функционируют страны, сформировавшие кластерную парадигму своего развития. Ее составляющими являются возрастающая взаимосвязь между рынками капитала и новыми технологиями, развитием экономики знаний, усиления социальной направленности новых технологий, глобальный характер создания и использования результатов научных исследований, технологий, продуктов и услуг.
