Abstract

Целью исследования является изучение степени централизации и децентрализации учета и оптимального сочетания этих процессов. Использование SWOT анализа централизации бюджетного учета на уровне муниципального района, позволит кратко и ёмко оценить сильные и слабые стороны централизации возможности и угрозы, с которыми можно столкнуться при ее реализации. Централизация бюджетного учета позволит оптимизировать выполняемые бухгалтериями функции, закрепить необходимые и упразднить избыточные, выявить лишние и дублирующие.
