Abstract

Современные представления о реформировании государственного управления наряду с другими элементами включают концепцию электронного правительства (э-правительства, eGovernment), которая охватывает операционную (или исполнительную) составляющую деятельности правительства и нацелена на обеспечение доступа граждан к достоверной информации.
