Abstract

Важнейшей составляющей коммерческой деятельности предприятия является его товарная политика, в основе которой лежит определение оптимальной номенклатуры товаров. От состава и своевременного обновления ассортимента товаров в значительной мере зависит степень удовлетворения спроса, количественные и качественные показатели хозяйственной деятельности. Содержанием политики ассортимента фирмы являются программы расширения или сокращения разработки, производства и сбыта всей гаммы товаров и услуг фирмы в совокупности.
