Abstract

Сохранение сегодняшних тенденций сложившейся инвестиционной модели, принципиально не позволяющей обеспечить модернизацию основных фондов, утяжеленная структура экономики в рамках ее экспортно-сырьевой модели и связанные с этим низкие темпы снижения энергои электроемкости производства, слабая инновационная активность вот что не позволяет вырваться на траекторию форсированного экономического роста в среднесрочном периоде.
