Abstract

На современном этапе реформирования железнодорожного транспорта большое внимание отводится пригородным пассажирским перевозкам ввиду их высокой социально-экономической значимости в жизни общества и выполнении одной из важнейших гарантий государства — свободы передвижения. В этих условиях актуальным направлением в совершенствовании пригородного комплекса является развитие системы управления его функциональными элементами, такими как управление финансами, персоналом, инновационной деятельностью, материально-техническим обеспечением, качеством транспортной продукции.
