Abstract

Отечественные и зарубежные руководители предприятий понимают, что стимулы высокопроизводительного труда надо искать внутри фирмы, им приходится идти путем проб и ошибок, самостоятельно определяя наиболее подходящие и действенные методы организации поощрения. Но на зарубежных предприятиях процесс перехода от жесткой модели управления трудом (концепция Тэйлора) к модели соучастия (основанной на современной мотивации качества трудовой жизни и гуманизации труда) начался намного раньше. Разумное использование их опыта в отечественной практике позволит избежать ряда нежелательных явлений, соответствующих реалиям рыночной экономики, и сократить время разработки [2].
