Уровневый Подход К Стратегическим Приоритетам Повышения Конкурентоспособности Республики Калмыкия

Abstract

Комплексный анализ факторов, особенностей и проблемных характеристик социально-экономической системы Республики Калмыкия, динамика характеризующих ее показателей, по которым за последние годы наблюдается снижение удельного веса региона по отношению к среднероссийскому уровню, а также среднему по Южному федеральному округу, свидетельствуют о том, что кризис в ее экономике не преодолен, вследствие чего, республика не играет существенной роли в формировании экономического потенциала Южного федерального округа и России в целом, что предопределяет необходимость выработки комплекса мер по выводу её экономики из депрессивного состояния и формирования организацонно-экономического механизма повышения конкурентоспособности региона (рис. 1).
