Abstract

Актуальность выбранной темы объясняется тем, что обеспечение населения продуктами питания в достаточном количестве, ассортименте и качестве является одной из важнейших проблем, стоящих перед обществом. К сожалению, в России в ходе трансформации экономической системы обеспечение продовольственной безопасности не относилось к разряду приоритетных задач и только в последнее время ситуация начала меняться. Поэтому некоторые аспекты обеспечения продовольственной безопасности легли в основу национального проекта «Развитие АПК», целью которого является создание условий для роста отечественного производства сельскохозяйственной продукции и системной модернизации отрасли.
