Коррупция В Послевузовском Образовании

Abstract

Ученая степень в течение многих лет представляет собой объект стремлений тех, кто занимается научными исследованиями или преподаванием, а также тех, кто жаждет приобрести вербальные или документально фиксируемые знаки отличия. Степень кандидата или доктора наук считается показателем большого опыта и квалификации в определенной сфере деятельности. Растущее количество диссертационных защит вовсе не свидетельствует о высоком качестве самих диссертационных работ или компетентности соискателей. Эта тенденция отчасти может выступать результатом повышения уровня коррупции в высшем образовании, в том числе послевузовском. В данной статье проведено исследование проблемы проплаченных диссертаций в России и ее возможных решений.
