Abstract

Нарастающие процессы глобализации распространились практически на все сферы рынка сельскохозяйственной продукции, который, в свою очередь, является одним из наиболее подверженных воздействию норм и правил Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО). Поэтому Действующее Соглашение ВТО по сельскому хозяйству предусматривает принятие присоединяющимися странами необходимых обязательств по трем направлениям: во-первых, относительно доступа на рынок сельскохозяйственных и продовольственных товаров, во-вторых, по вопросу субсидирования экспорта сельскохозяйственной и продовольственной продукции, в-третьих, касательно государственной поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителей.
