Abstract

Для анализа издержек и выгод от подготовки и проведения Олимпийских игр в статье вводится новое понятие олимпийского делового цикла, отражающее деловую активность государства, общества, бизнеса для достижения двух основных целей: получение максимальной прибыли и достижение положительного внешнего эффекта. Существующее понятие олимпийского цикла имеет другой смысл и назначение. Введённое авторами понятие позволяет рассмотреть доходы и расходы государства и бизнеса на разных этапах олимпийского делового цикла, который включает предолимпийский, олимпийский и постолимпийский этапы. В статье исследуются особенности и выявляются закономерности взаимодействия экономического и политического деловых циклов в рамках олимпийского делового цикла.
