Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные подходы к трактовке понятия «рынок жилья», обосновывается авторская позиция по данному вопросу. Особое место уделено анализу субъектной структуры рынка жилья, позволившей выделить непосредственных (основных) и косвенных, опосредованно влияющих на рынок жилья, участников. Уточнено содержание экономических интересов основных субъектов рассматриваемого рынка, что в условиях высокой актуальности решения жилищных проблем большинства россиян, дает возможность органам государственной власти и местного самоуправления формировать и реализовывать действенную жилищную политику, в том числе в рамках приоритетного Национального проекта «Доступное и комфортное жилье гражданам России».
