Abstract

Одной из ключевых составляющих стратегического управления является стратегия. Это понятие взято из военного лексикона, где оно обозначает планирование и проведение крупных военных действий с использованием всех доступных средств. Понятие «стратегия» вошло в число управленческих терминов в 50-е гг., когда проблема реакции на неожиданные изменения во внешней среде приобрела большое значение.
