Abstract

Транснационализация, ставшая в современном мире неотъемлемой характеристикой функционирования практически всех отраслей, получившая возможность наделять отдельные предприятия конкурентными преимуществами глобального масштаба, детерминирует трансформации механизмов функционирования мирохозяйственных взаимодействий. Под влиянием тенденций глобализации и транснационализации существенным образом изменились формы и содержание таких фундаментальных основ функционирования рынка как конкуренция, производство, ценообразование.
