Экономическая Безопасность Рынка Ценных Бумаг

Abstract

Во всех развитых странах рынок ценных бумаг является самым динамичным сектором экономики. Существуют два важнейших обстоятельства, определяющие его значение: во-первых, роль, которую он играет в инвестиционном процессе; во-вторых, рынок и его финансовые институты служат эффективными инструментами управления той формой организации материального производства, с которой в XX в. связаны основные достижения цивилизации, с рыночной экономикой, где взаимодействуют принципы либерализма и государственного регулирования.
