Abstract

В международных документах термин «устойчивое развитие» появился в конце 80х годов XX века и подразумевал интеграцию развития и охраны природы. Далее появились другие формулировки, которые во многом были неполными и отражали какой-либо аспект устойчивого развития. Например, в Докладе Международной комиссии по окружающей среде и развитию под устойчивым развитием понималось такое движение, которое удовлетворяет потребности настоящего времени, но не ставит под угрозу способность будущих поколений удовлетворять свои потребности [2].
