Оценка Роли Государственной Поддержки В Решении Проблемы Продовольственной Безопасности На Уровне Региона

Abstract

Агропромышленный комплекс России играет ключевую роль в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности и поддержка государственным институтом власти его развития в современной экономике остается необходимым условием его функционирования. Сельскохозяйственное производство обладает рядом специфических особенностей, которые оказывают существенное влияние на формирование системы управления и государственной поддержки. К основным специфическим особенностям можно отнести: зависимость от природных условий; сезонный характер производства и денежных поступлений; замедленный по сравнению с промышленностью кругооборот и оборот фондов; использование в качестве средства производства земли; различия в формах собственности; особенности технологий производства, связанные с живыми организмами.
