Abstract

Для выработки более эффективных механизмов взаимоотношений между государством, бизнесом и научно-образовательной средой на региональном уровне в первую очередь необходимо совершенствовать систему управления инновационной деятельностью в стране. Это позволит усилить региональную экосистему и сбалансировать конкурентные преимущества того или иного территориального образования. В данной статье представлен анализ подходов и механизм взаимодействия региональных институтов государства, бизнеса и научно-образовательных структур.
