Моделирование Оптимального Регулирования Вредных Выбросов В Региональных Экономических Системах С Учетом Трансграничного Загрязнения

Abstract

Построена модель оптимальной государственной политики регулирования вредных производственных выбросов с использованием бесплатных и продаваемых разрешений на выбросы загрязняющих веществ в условиях международной мобильности капитала и трансграничного загрязнения. Выяснены экономические последствия использования бесплатных разрешений на загрязнение в расчете на единицу применяемого капитала как инструмента регулирования вредных выбросов.
