Abstract

Как и любые коммерческие организации, коммерческие банки в своей деятельности одним из ориентиров, часто рассматриваемых в качестве центральной или даже единственной цели своей работы, рассматривают прибыль. Экономическая наука и практика в качестве источника прибыли для коммерческих банков определили удовлетворение нужд и потребностей потребителей в банковских услугах. Кроме того, Питер Дойль в научном труде "Маркетинг-менеджмент и стратегии" [1, с. 19-29] указывает на необходимость учета в управлении таких целей как рост оборота или активов компании (банка), стоимость акционерного капитала, производственные задачи, инновации и обучение персонала, выполнение обязательств перед своими сотрудниками и различными общественными группами.
