Abstract

В конце XX в. общество вступило в постиндустриальную фазу своего развития. Его главной характеристикой являются информационные технологии, проникающие во все сферы общественной жизни, в том числе экономику. Информация из вспомогательного средства превращается в решающий фактор, влияющий не только на технологические аспекты ее применения, но и который становится неотъемлемой частью управленческого процесса.
