Иван Посошков Как Зеркало Российской Модернизации (К 290-Летию Рождения Российской Экономической Науки)

Abstract

Написанная почти 300 лет назад «Книга о скудости и богатстве» И.Т. Посошкова является первым в России произведением, специально посвященным комплексному анализу социально-экономических проблем. Хотя в научной литературе стало общепринятым причислять И.Т. Посошкова к меркантилистам, более правомерным является сопоставление «Книги о скудости и богатстве» с «государевой литературой» восточных обществ азиатского способа производства. Подобно авторам «Гуань-цзы» или «Артхашастры», И.Т. Посошков рассматривал макроэкономические проблемы с точки зрения, прежде всего, государственных интересов. В «Книге о скудости и богатстве» отразилось представление автора о нормативности институтов власти-собственности, подчиненности им институтов частной собственности. Книга И.Т. Посошкова ярко отражает одну из тенденций российской модернизации — стремление бороться с негативными проявлениями рыночной экономики путем усиления этатизма, в результате чего «провалы государства» нередко превосходят «провалы рынка».
