Abstract

Венчурные фонды представляют собой инструмент привлечения негосударственного капитала в финансирование высокотехнологичных разработок на взаимовыгодных для инвестора и разработчика условиях. Южный федеральный округ способен представить проекты, которые потенциально могут стать направлениями вложения средств венчурных инвесторов.
