Abstract

В настоящее время значительно возрос интерес к проблемам эффективного развития регионов на базе и при условии участия государства [2]. Очевидно, что экономический подъем страны и ее регионов возможен при условии налаживания эффективного производства, активизации инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности, ускорении внедрения ее результатов в производство на основе согласования интересов частного и общественного секторов экономики, обоснования расходования бюджетных средств на поддержку инвестиционных проектов (ИП), имеющих высокую общественную эффективность.
