Abstract

В связи с тем, что у большинства муниципальных образований во многих регионах России наблюдаются процессы сокращения темпов социально-экономического развития, возникла необходимость в рассмотрении сущности механизма и условий обеспечения эффективного развития муниципальной экономики, которые в конечном итоге определяют ее конкурентные преимущества.
