Abstract

Трансформация народно-хозяйственной системы, развитие бизнеса и рыночных структур сопровождаются увеличением потребностей в качественной, оперативной, достоверной информации, удовлетворение которой возможно только на основе широкомасштабной информатизации как экономики в целом, так и отдельных ее уровней, и в первую очередь, регионального. В случае, когда информация трактуется как основной элемент, ресурс экономического потенциала региональной системы, оценка масштабов и степени развития информатизации представляется особо актуальной. Цель информатизации на региональном уровне обеспечение требуемого уровня информированности общества, определяемого полнотой, точностью, достоверностью и своевременностью предоставления информации, необходимой каждому субъекту в процессе его хозяйственной деятельности, через создание информационной инфраструктуры, без которой невозможно эффективное функционирование современных экономических систем.
