Abstract

Трансформационные процессы российской экономики, протекающие в соответствии с рыночным вектором социально-экономического развития, явление многофакторное и многоаспектное. Достаточно высокая степень разновекторности и нестабильности институциональной экономической среды современной России предопределена как закономерностями трансформационной экономики, так и особой стратегией "перехода". Последняя состоит в резком сломе прежней институциональной структуры при отсутствии действенных фундаментальных элементов рыночной институциональной среды.
