Abstract

Определяемая современными реалиями необходимость активизации использования потенциала экономических систем разных уровней (включая муниципальный), во многом определяется адекватностью формируемой в их границах экономико-институциональной инфраструктуры социально-экономического развития. Высокий динамизм внешнего окружения муниципальных образований, во многом определяющий параметры устойчивого развития городов, предполагает расширение экономического содержания и ролевых функций инфраструктуры города в направлении включения в ее состав целого спектра экономико-институциональных составляющих. В составе последних, помимо традиционных многоотраслевых компонент (транспорт, связь, торговля и т.д.), в контексте новых условий хозяйствования, предполагается целесообразным включение экономических правил и норм, соответствующих рыночным условиям институтов муниципального статуса, нормативно-правового и законодательного поля уровня муниципалитета и т.п.
