Abstract

В связи с глобальной экономической интеграцией, предпринимательская деятельность не ограничивается в рамках одной страны, а расширяется в мировом масштабе. Чтобы осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность в той или иной стране, необходимо узнать ее законодательство. В настоящее время, Вьетнам со своей политической стабильностью и хорошим правовым климатом, становится надежным местом для иностранной инвестиции. В статье рассматривается история возникновения и развития законодательства об акционерных обществах во Вьетнаме. Данная статья создает общее представление о правовом регулировании АО и служит правовым инструментом для тех, кто осуществляет или будет осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность во Вьетнаме в форме акционерного общества.
