Abstract

Инновация представляет собой итог инновационного процесса, под которым мы понимаем изменения к принципиально новому. В свою очередь, «новое» это, прежде всего (в исходной точке), новые знания, которые становятся «новшеством» в ходе реализации инновационного процесса. Следовательно, можно говорить, что именно в той мере, в какой организация способна генерировать, усваивать и реализовывать новые знания, ее можно считать инновационной.
