Abstract

Вопросы сохранения и воспроизводства жилищного фонда в условиях все большего увеличения количества ветхого и аварийного жилья приобретают особую остроту и актуальность, поскольку являются одними из социально-значимых для Российской Федерации показателей уровня жизни населения. Инфляционные процессы, увеличившие роль недвижимости как объекта инвестирования, и постоянно растущий спрос на жильё, а также ограниченные производственные мощности строительного комплекса приводят к росту цен за 1 кв. м жилья. Усугубляет проблему значительный разрыв между доходами граждан различных социальных категорий.
