Abstract

Формирование инновационной экономики как основы постиндустриального развития мирового хозяйства инициирует усиление формирования интеграционных тенденций, процессов глобализации и создания единого экономического пространства. Данные процессы обуславливают необходимость поиска компаниями качественно новых принципов и форм организации и управления бизнесом, которые бы позволили не просто конкурировать, но и развиваться компаниям на принципах не чисто экономической выгоды, а на принципах социальной ответственности. Такие тенденции усиливают развитие в национальной экономической системе интегрированных хозяйствующих субъектов, которые являются результатом ускоренной масштабной концентрации крупных капиталов и производственных мощностей.
