Abstract

Рассматриваются рыночные императивы формирования и функционирования системы социальной защиты населения в аспекте социально-ориентированного экономического развития. Уточнены закономерности реализации стратегически целесообразных и эффективных решений социально-экономической жизни общества. Выявлены характерные особенности системного действия государственных и негосударственных институтов в сфере реализации социальных задач.
