Abstract

В статье раскрыты особенности развития ООО «Краснодаррегионгаз» на переходном этапе формирования свободного рынка на газ в Краснодарском крае. Разработаны три модели стратегии развития региональной газовой компании в новых экономических условиях. Предложены методы сравнения экономической эффективности моделей развития, проведены расчеты и ранжирование моделей.
