Новый Институционализм: «Ловушки», Трансакционные Издержки, «Теорема Коуза» И Время

Abstract

В статье рассматривается основная проблема нового институционализма — оценка неэффективности институтов, анализируется возможность представлять эту неэффективность в виде некой «ловушки», либо описывать за счет изменения глубины дисфункции институтов. В связи с появившимися некорректными объяснениями трансакционных издержек и «теоремы Коуза» уточняются и развиваются базовые позиции нового институционализма. Проводится анализ времени как ресурса для агента и принимаемых им решений. Эффективность трансакций, как и оценка трансакционных издержек, может быть осуществлена через оценки времени как основного ресурса.
