Как Помочь Обновлению Отечественной Экономической Науки?

Abstract

В последнее время мы стали свидетелями попытки серьёзных изменений в отечественном механизме научной аттестации кадров высшей квалификации!. К сожалению, основное направление этих перемен в который раз сводится к ужесточению бюрократических требований к диссертанту и диссертации. Нетрудно предположить, чем обернётся это ужесточение в обществе системной коррупции. Но уже сложившийся алгоритм научной аттестации настолько громоздок, сложен, многоступенчат и медлителен (защитившиеся ждут утверждения ВАКом в ученой степени часто больше года, тогда как даже для появления чуда природы человека! и то требуется не более девяти месяцев?), в него и так вовлечены многие коллективы и признанные профессионалы (а через рассылку авторефератов ученые всей страны), что, казалось бы, через это сито не то что примазавшемуся даже настоящему ученому не пройти. Куда там! А, может, всё-таки поразмышлять над содержательными проблемами?
