Государственная Поддержка Экспорта: Мировой Опыт

Abstract

В условиях мирового финансового кризиса государственная поддержка экспорта, представленная системой взаимодействующих между собой правительственных и негосударственных институтов, является приоритетной задачей экономической политики зарубежных стран. В статье анализируется существующее положение системы государственной поддержки экспорта в России. На основании проведенного исследования мирового опыта в области государственной поддержки и стимулирования экспорта выделены ключевые направления поддержки отечественного экспорта, включая создание сети государственных и негосударственных компаний, способных выполнять программы продвижения национального экспорта; осуществление информационно-консультационной и политико-дипломатической поддержки экспорта; кредитование экспорта; страхование внешнеторговых операций и др.
