Abstract

Постановка задачи. Адекватная оценка социально-экономического развития субъектов РФ, оценка качества принимаемых ими управленческих решений невозможна без системного анализа показателей, характеризующих их деятельность. Задача оценки качества деятельности субъектов РФ определяется, прежде всего, необходимостью формирования целостной социально-экономической политики, позволяющей в ходе ее реализации в равной степени учитывать как существующий уровень развития региона, так и перспективы его развития.
