Abstract

Сегодня в России происходит формирование и развитие рыночных отношений. Это сложный социально-экономический процесс, в ходе которого возникает и развивается многообразие форм собственности, происходит расширение потока информации и трансформация взглядов людей. Все это требует воспроизводства и эффективного использования современного трудового потенциала с новым отношением к труду, новыми социально-психологическими качествами, с новым экономическим мышлением, способного широко мыслить и развивать национальную рыночную экономику.
