Abstract

Первый этап развития отношений несостоятельности (банкротства) в России продолжался до 1917 г., в этот период многие экономикоправовые институты были утрачены, забыты дореволюционные традиции правового регулирования хозяйственной деятельности, поскольку не соответствовали установившемуся в тот период социально-экономическому устройству, а также не подлежали правовой защите в советских судах все отношения, возникшие до 7 ноября 1917 г., споры по таким отношениям не принимались и не рассматривались [5].
