Abstract

Борьба с загрязнением окружающей среды связана с хозяйственной и бытовой деятельностью особо охраняемого эколого-курортного региона Российской Федерации — Кавказских Минеральных Вод и является вопросом первостепенной важности, обеспечивающим возможность на практике осуществить управление региональным развитием на основе принципа устойчивого развития. В этой связи особый интерес вызывает взаимосвязь объемов сбросов и выбросов с объемом валового регионального продукта (ВРП).
