Abstract

В мировой экономике ежегодно происходят сотни тысяч самых разнообразных реорганизационных процессов: реорганизация собственности, внешнее управление, реструктуризация, венчурная деятельность. Все эти сделки совершаются ради увеличения стоимости путем реализации синергетического эффекта, который примерно в 20% случаев в 50-200 раз превышает уплаченную сумму. Внимание к синергетическому эффекту как к одной из важнейших концепций корпоративной стратегии было привлечено 40 лет назад вместе с развитием процессов диверсификации компаний [2, с. 13], их реорганизации и реструктуризации.
