Abstract

Рассмотрены недостатки традиционного подхода к оценке инвестиционных проектов, особенно имеющих стратегический характер. Приведена классификация методов и моделей оценки стратегических инвестиционных проектов при разных уровнях неопределенности. Рассмотрены особенности применения для оценки стратегических инвестиционных проектов моделей, основанных на Байесовых сетях, реальных опционах, методе анализа иерархий.
