Экологические Аспекты Формирования Больших Городов

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные экологические проблемы, возникающие в больших городах; показаны факторы, влияющие на состояние экологической ситуации, а также возможные последствия их воздействия на формирование экологической ситуации на территории. На примере города Новосибирска проанализированы его особенности с позиций формирования экологической ситуации. Сформулированы основные элементы образа будущего крупного города. Показано, с какими требованиями и условиями связаны сегодня основные вызовы в области формирования благоприятной экологической ситуации. В связи с тем что адекватная реакция на соответствующие вызовы требует усиления государственного регулирования в сфере охраны окружающей среды, высказаны рекомендации по совершенствованию механизма управления в экологической сфере.
