Правовое Регулирование Определения Границ Товарного Рынка

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы правового регулирования определения границ товарного рынка. Подчеркивается значение правильного и точного определения границ для целей анализа состояния конкурентной среды на товарном рынке. Анализируются изменения в нормативном регулировании механизма оценки конкуренции на товарном рынке. Проводится сравнение механизмов оценки, принятых в России и за рубежом, в том числе на уровне Европейского союза. Делается вывод о возможности использования опыта зарубежных государств для совершенствования механизма определения границ товарного рынка в Российской Федерации.
