Abstract

В статье на примере департамента жилищно-коммунального хозяйства г.о. Самары рассматривается внешняя и внутренняя среда организации, осуществление коммуникационных потоков. Представлены проблемы, возникающие в организации документооборота. Предлагается внедрение программного продукта с целью организации электронного документооборота.
