Abstract

В статье освещены характерные черты машиностроительных предприятий, формирующих потребность во внедрении контроллинга в систему управления предприятием; предложен комплексный показатель целесообразности внедрения контроллинга; выполнено выделение зон целесообразности, предоставлена их характеристика, а также обоснована гипотетичность определенных областей зон целесообразности.
